Scope of Services

This Service primarily provides asynchronous cloud-based smart video interview functions. The Company signs system usage contracts with clients (employers) that allow job seekers to upload their personal information and recorded video interviews for employers to review as part of their recruitment process.

Providing Personal Data

You are free to choose whether to provide your personal data. However, if you choose not to provide complete personal information, this Service may not be able to offer complete or timely job-matching services, which may affect your employment opportunities.

Third-Party Websites

This Service may contain links to third-party websites or platforms developed by third-party developers. When accessing these websites, you must evaluate their services at your own risk. For personal data protection matters, the privacy policies of the third-party websites or companies will apply, and this Service is not responsible for those websites’ actions.

Scope of Data Collection

In accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act, this Service announces the following information:

  • Purpose of Data Collection:
    This Service collects users’ uploaded photos, images, and video recordings. Through facial micro-expression changes, voice tone variations, and emotional fluctuations, the system analyzes personality traits and produces corresponding personality trait reports for employers to reference in their hiring decisions.

  • Types of Personal Data Collected:
    Depending on the nature of the Service, we may collect categories such as:

    • Identification Data: C001~C003
    • Physical Characteristics: C011~C014
    • Licenses: C039
    • Education and Professional Skills: C051, C052
    • Employment Status: C061, C062, C064, C068

  • Data Retention Period:
    The Service will retain your personal data until you request its deletion or for one year from the date of collection.

  • Data Usage Scope:

    • Individuals or organizations using this Service’s job-matching and recruitment services.
    • Third parties involved in co-marketing, data-sharing, or promotional partnerships after data has been anonymized.
    • Third parties engaged in Service-related transactions.
  • Data Usage Methods:

    • Without your written consent, we will not use your personal data for purposes other than those stated.
    • During the data processing procedure, this Service will follow security protocols, internal procedures, and implement necessary personnel management for data protection.
    • Except in cases of legal requirements, cooperation with law enforcement, or judicial investigations, your data will not be shared with third parties beyond the stated purposes.

Image and Video Usage

The personal photos or images used in this Service are uploaded by users themselves. The system or app does not automatically upload or extract data from users’ devices.

All uploaded content is processed solely for personality trait analysis. The analysis process relies on facial expressions, voice tone changes, and emotional fluctuations. The uploaded data and generated reports are provided solely to the designated employer as a reference for recruitment decisions. Employers do not make hiring decisions based solely on these reports.

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

This Service will never provide, exchange, rent, or sell your personal data to individuals, groups, private companies, or government agencies unless legally required. Exceptions include:

  • Cooperation with legal investigations by judicial authorities.
  • Collaboration with competent authorities based on official duties (e.g., audits or accounting investigations).
  • Disclosure of your data when required by law in good faith.
  • When your behavior violates the Service’s terms or may cause harm to others or the Service itself, data may be disclosed to identify, contact, or take legal action as necessary.

Use of Cookies

To improve internal website management and offer personalized services, this website may write cookies into your browser and record visitor IP addresses, browsing times, and frequency of information retrieval. This data is used solely for website traffic analysis and behavioral research.

If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can set your browser to reject them. However, this may prevent some features of the website or certain PC-based interview functions from working properly.

  • All staff members are required to sign confidentiality agreements, including non-disclosure of personal contact details that have not been made public.
  • If the Service works with third parties requiring your personal data, a contractual agreement with privacy protection clauses will be signed. If a third party violates these terms, the Service will immediately terminate cooperation and take legal action if necessary.

  • The Service monitors browsing behavior for abnormalities. If abnormal behavior is detected, the system will issue alerts and may temporarily restrict access as necessary.

Personal Data Display and Access

Your personal information (e.g., name, phone number, email) will generally not be publicly available online. Employers using this Service can only view your data after logging into their HRDA account.

Employer Verification Process:

  • Employers seeking to use the HRDA system must submit complete company information forms and job description forms.
  • The Company verifies businesses via the Ministry of Economic Affairs Business Registration Database or Ministry of Finance Tax Data Center to confirm their legitimacy before granting access.
  • For sole proprietorships, partnerships, foundations, foreign companies, or preparatory offices that are not registered in the mentioned databases, additional business registration certificates, licenses, or identity documents are required.
  • If verified as legitimate, the company will be granted access to the system.

During recruitment advertisements, if the Service identifies false or illegal activities, the Service will immediately terminate the employer’s access and may take legal action if necessary. This includes:

  • Suspected fraudulent behavior.
  • Recruitment actions that violate public morals.
  • Foreign companies or organizations without a Taiwan-based office.
  • Complaints from job seekers indicating recruitment was intended solely to collect personal information for marketing purposes.

Privacy Policy Amendments

This Privacy Policy may be updated as required by legal amendments, technological developments, or internal management adjustments to ensure your privacy and online security are protected.

Upon any changes, the revised policy will be posted on the website with prominent reminders for you to read the updated content.
