He is currently a professor at the Institute of Human Resource Management, National Central University, and has a Ph.D. in Cognitive and Computer Science from the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Illinois, USA. He specializes in e-management of human resources, human resource data analysis, e-learning, leadership and management development, talent management, performance management, and employee experience management.
He was a researcher in the Data and Simulation Systems Department of the Southwest Research Center in Texas, an associate professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning at Tamkang University, an associate professor, professor, and director of the Institute of Human Resource Management at National Central University, an international certified consultant for SAP HR modules, and an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Corporate Coach.
