He has more than 10 years of experience as a senior HR executive in the financial industry and has been responsible for the implementation of multinational HR information systems. He is responsible for leading an industry-academia collaboration project on the development of AI cloud-based artificial intelligence interviewing tools at the National Taiwan Normal University, and is also the moderator of the Ministry of Science and Technology’s AI interviewing research program. He is also the honorary director of IHRCI, and teaches HR Analytics, Digital Transformation, and e-HRM at the University of Hong Kong’s SPACE School of Business, the Taipei National University of Science and Technology’s EMBA, and the Artificial Intelligence School of Taiwan, as well as at the Council of Information Industry (CII).
